The Sunshine Coast Convention Bureau (SCCB) is the essential first point of contact for every convention and event planner and provides a comprehensive range of services to assist when organising meetings, incentives, conventions, exhibitions and special events on the Sunshine Coast.
The SCCB is a non profit organisation recognised as the marketing and promotional body for meeting and incentive travel to the Sunshine Coast. The bureau is staffed by a dedicated and professional team committed to assisting planners to achieve an outstanding result for their event.
SCCB provides FREE advice and assistance in all aspects of planning including:
Bid Assistance
Assistance with the preparation of professional and competitive bid documentation including letters of invitation and endorsements.
Venue and Product Selection
Arranging introductions, quotations and venue selection from a network of over 800 members comprising of professional local service specialists.
Familiarisations
Assistance with co-ordinating and hosting site-inspections and familiarisation visits to experience the Sunshine Coast first hand.
Itinerary Planning
Assistance with planning creative itineraries and activities for incentive groups or accompanying persons.
Social Programs
Suggestions for entertainment, social programs, themed functions and activities.
Pre and Post Touring
Assistance with pre and post conference activities and tour options.
Delegate Boosting
Assistance with promotion of confirmed conferences.
Promotional Material
Provision of a range of colourful promotional collateral including brochure shells. Postcards, posters, bags and high quality transparencies. (Nominal charges apply to some items)
